We Belong to the Wild.
Warm Welcome to You
My name is Erin, and I am a weaver and a storyteller. I am both insatiably curious and kind. My practice is to listen, to explore, and to attune. I work in the deepest layers of the human psyche with tools that support the roots. I do not chase symptoms. I am comfortable in the terrains underneath patterns, relationships, bodies, and life purpose, meaning-making, and direction.
I work with psyche the way an ecologist works within an ecosystem. Nothing is isolated. Everything is symbolic. Everything is intricately patterned. This is the work that brings one back to life, to vibrancy, to that beautiful, wild, raw edge.
This path takes courage. If you are here, I am sure you have it already.
Welcome. I am delighted to walk this path with you.
An Invitation
-
For more than twenty years, my life and training have been devoted to one question:
How does humanity evolve to meet the challenges of this moment in time?
I have walked this path with that question through four interwoven lineages:
*Clinical depth psychology: as a PsyD doctoral candidate in counseling psychology
*Plant medicine, psychedelic, herbal and ceremonial work
*Avalonian priestess initiations within Western Indigenous and earth-based spirituality lineages
*Somatic and nervous-system-based practices such as Hakomi, EMDR, authentic movement, reiki, and yoga
Most practitioners work in one of these, but I work at the dynamic intersection of all four. I believe this intersection is where lasting, impactful change happens.
-
I help people make deep pattern shifts in their lives that impact their families and communities in lasting and meaningful ways. Most struggles people bring to therapy or coaching are not random. They are organized by unconscious patterns: attachment wounds, trauma, ancestral material, nervous system imprinting, and unlived parts of the self.
These patterns show up in:
*relationships
*money and work
*burnout
*self-sabotage
*emotional overwhelm
*identity confusion
My work is to track the pattern beneath the story and help understand and reorganize where it actually lives, at the root.
This is where we come to a new relationship with the internal exiles, we find agency, and we write new stories.
-
I work through a multi-lens depth approach.
You could think of it as standing in four directions at once, at the center of a medicine wheel:
Psychological — depth psychology, trauma, attachment, and clinical training
Somatic — the body and nervous system as primary wisdom
Ceremonial / elemental — initiations, ritual, and the symbolic life of the psyche
Ancestral & archetypal — the larger mythic and inherited patterns that move through usBecause I have been trained and initiated across these terrains, I recognize what is happening when someone is:
in a trauma loop
in a spiritual opening
in collective grief
in a life initiation
in nervous system collapse
in identity reorganization
Most people are stuck because their process is mis-named or only seen partially through the mind or verbal cognition.
I help name what is happening, and we take aligned, somatic action to create new pathways and possibilities for ways of being. -
I work especially well with people who are:
sensitive, intuitive, or neurocomplex
in major life or relationship transitions
integrating plant medicine or spiritual experiences
burned out from “doing the work” without impactful change
feeling called to something deeper but unsure how to live it
This is not quick-fix coaching.
It is not symptom-management therapy. It is depth-level reorganization of psyche and nervous system.
If you are ready to get to the root of your patterns, schedule a free consult and let’s begin the conversation.

A note for highly sensitive, gender fluid and neurodivergent clients:
My work is especially attuned to those who process deeply. If you identify as an Highly Sensitive Person, someone who is gender fluid or non-binary, AuDHD, late-diagnosed ASD, or simply someone who experiences the world intensely, this work is built with you in mind. Pace, rhythm, and sensory needs are always honored. I believe we are stewards for creating a radically inclusive way of being and relating as an essential part of human evolution.
